When I try to lodge an EPC I get an error message 'error finding SAP 9.90 dwelling', then a message like 'Access violation at address 006CBB09 in module 'JPA_Designer.exe' Read of Address 0000000E.'
How can I lodge an EPC?

Increasingly, I am asked to include mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) in our SAP calcs. I have just down loaded the new version of JPA Designer which appears to have the Appendix Q ventilation data base contained within the software.
However on the Appendix Q spreadsheet on the BRE site it still states that you have to use both the BRE spreadsheet and your own software and join the two. Can you please clarify the steps for carrying out the MVHR calculations?

I have found that a SAP summary is useful for my clients as they understand the rating better than the worksheets or checklist. However, I have found that I cannot print a a SAP summary if the TER/DER calculation fails (which is allowable for a change of use). Is there any way of printing a summary in those situations?
