General Help

This section of the website is designed to help new users get up and running, installing and setting up the software to add keycodes, company logo, company details and how to set margins, logo and fonts in the print-outs. They also show how to start a project file and individual calculations and how to update JPA Designer.

In addition, it includes help for those small tasks which crop up now and again, such as transferring user data between PC's and updating the boiler database.
