As our terms of business require payment with order we cannot supply software on the strength of a purchase order; however, we can issue a pro forma invoice or a quotation if you need one to raise a company cheque.

If you require multiple copies of our software or annual licences you can specify this at the next stage.

Delivery
Once you have bought a licence or training package we will email you a personalised key code to unlock the software or training. We will usually fulfil your order by the next business day. A PDF technical manual on the use of JPA Designer software is available for download on the 'Downloads' page or by Clicking here>.

Replacement key codes and manuals
Each purchaser of our software is emailed with their unique key code(s). We strongly suggest the code be kept in a safe place as it is your only means of obtaining access to your licensed copy of the software.

If you lose that code we charge a standard administration fee of £50 +VAT to reissue each and every code to non-licence holders. We therefore suggest all purchasers take great care to keep their key code(s) secure.
