BRE Approved JPA Designer SAP 9.92 and 9.90

JPA Designer SAP 2012 (9.92) module has been approved by BRE for calculations and EPC lodgements in England and in Wales and for calculations to section 6 of the Scottish Building Standards 2015.

SAP modules

SAP is the government's Standard Assessment Procedure which is used to assess the energy efficiency of dwellings and their rate of emission of carbon dioxide.

SAP 9.92*

£420.00 + VAT (includes first year's licence fee)
Annual licence fee: £140.00 + VAT

Assesses the energy performance of dwellings using version 9.92 of SAP. The module:

Calculates SAP ratings
Calculates the Target Carbon Dioxide Emission Rate (TER) and Dwelling Carbon Dioxide Emission Rate (DER).
Checks dwellings for compliance with the fabric and services efficiency standards of Building Regulations.
Lodges and issues EPCs (requires membership of an accreditation scheme).
Checks for overheating risk.
Calculates carbon dioxide emission levels for Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments.
Calculates average TER and DER for apartment blocks and terraces.

The results of calculations can be printed out or produced as PDF files for emailing.

SAP 9.92* with IES 3D import [available direct from IES]

An advanced version of the SAP 9.92 module developed to import data from the 3D graphical user interface within IES <VE> software. The module enables users to undertake compliance calculations directly from <VE> models. Note: imports from SketchUp and Revit are not tested.
